The difference was the presence of a rapist.

Women can dress the way they want, just like guys can. Women can go out drinking, just like guys can. Women can misbehave, just like guys can.

Women do not ask to be raped.

The difference is the rapist. Who attacks drunk women, sober women, young children, elderly, anybody. There is no special combination of actions for activating a rapist nor one to avoid being attacked. It can be spontaneous, meticulously planned. Women are not to blame for being women. Women are not prey.

The difference is the presence of a person who wants to rape.

Though it should be noted that certain drugs (i.e., alcohol) increase the propensity of some men to violence by lowering their inhibitions against it, whereas safer alternatives like cannabis tend to reduce violent propensity.

Ah, I did not know that. We need to pass a law....

Actually we just need to end cannabis prohibition and teach people how to use it properly to find inner peace whereby non-violence becomes automatic.

There is nothing inherent to men that forces them to rape.
