I say this in all truthfullness...
I've seen people build homes on top of piles of garbage like that in Mumbai.
At least Naples has all their trash in one spot, instead of spread all over the city, in the waterways, the ocean beaches, etc.
Plastic is a curse on the world.
When they find our fossilized remains, they will call this era the Age of Plastic and study how we killed ourselves with it...
