Gaaaak! I knew they were paranoid, but I didn't know the whole friggin' NYPD was paranoid along with them! If I recall correctly, the Kensington Welfare Rights Union (which is the subject of a book I read a few years back, The Myth of the Welfare Queen) is a kind of association of homeless people... now there's something the GOPers needed to fear!

Well, everyone knows how powerful the homeless people are. They might form a blockade with their shopping carts or something....
