ellroon, I walked into the school office here in my little town this morning and the office staff were all crowded around the secretary's computer, watching the inauguration. some with tears in their eyes.
I live in canuckistan. It was stunning to see how much this means to people, not just the political junkies like you and me. A friend kept her son home from school to watch it on tv. In Canada.
I think Canadians could stand back a little and watch the toxic poisons from the Bush administration slowly change the US, while we who were in it just knew something was very wrong.
Bless you for being such patient and good neighbors.

Is he really gone? Really and for true?
Sshhh... if we say it too loudly, he might want to come back...
He might want to come back just for the sake of head-of-state immunity. Fortunately for us, it doesn't matter what he wants.
