WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush's homeland security adviser said on Sunday al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden is "virtually impotent" and can do little more than send videotaped messages.Uh huh. This guy is still alive, still a murderer of 3000 people, and still thumbing his nose at Bush.
I think we can figure out who is impotent.

Did you see bin Laden's videotaped response? In it he said, "There may be snow on the roof, but I just dyed my beard and there's a FIRE down below!"
Lol! I can just see him saying that.... then we'd KNOW it wasn't Osama!
Meanwhile, Bush isn't sitting with his legs far apart as he greets heads of state anymore.
