That is amazing. As reluctant as I am to admit it I saw this video a while back in its unsubtitled version. I know they are not speaking English, but it's impossible not to hear English when the subtitles are visible.
They are singing in German. Moscow is spelled Moskau in German, but in Russian is spelled Moskva [Москва], and the Khanate never extended to that area of Russia.
With the exception of the leader's hat they are copying [badly] the dress of the Don Kazaki [Cossacks] not Mongols.
