"If you've got somebody in harm's way, you want the President being -- making advice, not -- be given advice by the military, and not making decisions based upon the latest Gallup poll or focus group." George Bush
(pic stolen from Tengrain of Mock, Paper, Scissors)
It would be nice to know he can focus on anything....

Sooo, wait - he's making advice for himself? That can't be a good idea, although I guess he told himself it was...
Well... when your brain quits and walks out the door, your logic does get a bit ... loopy.
Hold a card up to his face and look at each side separately. This man has had a stroke. Not that it makes much difference...
A stroke? Hmm. A lot of us who emphatically have not had a stroke nonetheless have asymmetric faces and/or a droopy eyelid on one side. I am one such person.
Bush's problems are far beyond anything that could be explained by a stroke. Stella once said, based on photos and videos... remember, she's qualified to say such things... that Bush is heavily medicated, even... especially... when he makes public presentations. She wouldn't go so far as to diagnose his problem long-distance... that sort of thing is better left to Bill Frist... but she was quite sure that his meds were affecting his affekt, so to speak.
The latest Gallup poll or focus group would unquestionably make better decisions. Bush needs to be impeached, for our sake if not his. But please... impeach Cheney first.
I bow to Stella's diagnosis, but Bush has had more than a droopy eyelid. During the Kerry/Bush debates his mouth sagged and was moist on one side, his speech has always been slurred and is getting worse. I assumed his pretzel attack was a drug induced stroke.
He's always seemed heavily medicated though. I think that's why he travels with a presidential porta potty, so no one can diagnose him and count the meds he's on.
