One man stands up to protect our Constitution

And Congress tries to ignore him. Via Spocko of Spocko's Brain, Mark Klein and his stand for the 4th amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The embedded object doesn't work for me, in either IE or Firefox. What is a "castfire player"? Firefox asks if I want to search for an object to play the link, then is unable to find one.

What happened to all the Republican politicians yelping about the purity of the Constitution and how we need to preserve it? Can't get much purer than this...
