It's a robbery in progress, but there's no getaway car or escape apparent for the robbers, and they have hostages, not to mention all the victims so far.
It was a very stupid plan. It relied upon them keeping the American people in the dark. It still does, and enough still are, that they haven't stopped yet, but it's clear they've lost the whole point now, and it's all about getting out with some kind of golden parachute. Think Enron.
I still say they should have checked Kenny-boy's casket. I think Kenneth Lay is with Osama bin Laden in Paraquay, waiting for their old pals Dick and George...
