Great, but .. again ... until I'm blue in the face ...

Forced birth is a religious ideology.

No justifications for it - the violation of bodily autonomy - have been advanced other than religion. None. Not "labour," not eugenics.. just "personhood" which a) is predicated on the existence of a religious "soul" as meaningful human cognition is not possible in the womb, and b) is irrelevant anyway, as personhood doesn't grant the right to violate bodily autonomy. No person at any age has that right.

This is why one hundred percent of forced birth organizations are religious, and zero percent are not. It is a religious ideology.

That makes it illegal as per the First Amendment. Americans have the right to be free from religion. It's literally the first law on the books.

Judges are supposed to be smart, right?

This isn't a difficult concept.

So what is it? Just widescale corruption?

I'm pro-Vanessa who went into her confirmation appointment after YEARS of trying to conceive only to hear silence where there should be a heartbeat.

I'm pro-Lindsay who lost her virginity in her sophomore year with a broken condom and now has to choose whether to be a teenage mom or just a teenager.

I'm pro-Courtney who just found out she's already 6 weeks along, but the egg never made it out of her fallopian tube so either she terminates the pregnancy or risks dying from internal bleeding. You can argue and say that I'm pro-choice all you want, but the truth is:

I'm pro-life. Their lives. Women's lives.

You don't get to pick and choose which scenarios should be accepted.

Women's rights are meant to protect ALL women, regardless of their situation!

It was never about the babies.

It was never about the babies.

If it were about the babies, we'd have affordable, accessible maternal healthcare to ensure a safe pregnancy.

If it were about the babies, we'd have an extensive adoption system full of loving families lining up to care for them once they're born.

If it were about the babies, we'd have affordable childcare, pediatric care, and more flexible work schedules to allow parents to care for their children.

If it were about the babies, we'd have well funded sex education and freely accessible contraception to reduce unwanted pregnancy from occurring.

If it were about the babies, we'd focus our policies on ensuring we can clothe, shelter, and nourish every child born in this country.

But it isn't about the babies.

It was never about the babies.

It's about control and punishment of women.

They want to force us to experience childbirth as a consequence rather than a miracle.

They want us to bring children into the world that are unwanted and unaffordable, then tell us we shouldn't have had children we couldn't support.

They want us to bring children into the world who are products of trauma and abuse, then wonder aloud why children today act out.

They want to burden the poor and disenfranchised and then wonder why people turn to crime out of desperation.

They want to force the common woman to suffer the "consequences" of her sexual freedom while ensuring their mistresses never suffer from theirs.

It's not about the babies.

It was never about the babies.

It's about control.

It's about power.

They're not "Pro-Life," they're anti-woman.
