It's a tradition: Republican Texans who run for preznit have to execute a lot of people. In his day, GeeDubya held the record among Texas governors. As for Goodhair, I don't know his current body count, but as of mid-2009 he had signed off on 200 executions. "We don' need no steenkin' international law..."
