Amend the US-India nuclear deal.

"Urge the Senate to amend the U.S.-India nuclear deal. When Congress comes back to Washington for a short lame duck session after the November elections, the administration is pushing the Senate to take up the U.S.-India nuclear deal. Congressional support for the agreement is overwhelming but it may be possible to amend the deal to keep India from developing new nuclear weapons. Urge your senators to support amendments that would ban Indian production of fissile material (bomb-grade plutonium) and strengthen nonproliferation protections in the agreement."
