The Feingold-Reid 'Power of the Purse' Bill to Safely Redeploy our Troops from Iraq:

I believe that a target date for redeploying our troops from Iraq is vital in our efforts to combat terrorism abroad. As the President has shown no indication that he would consider a timetable, Congress must use its 'power of the purse' to fix this dire situation immediately. I support the Feingold Reid legislation to redeploy U.S. troops out of Iraq by ending further funding for the war after March 31, 2008.
