If this happened during a Bush speech....

Gitmo would have had another guest to eat their lemon herb chicken...
PHOENIX - About a dozen people carrying guns, including one with an AR-15 assault rifle, milled among protesters outside an event where President Barack Obama was giving a speech Monday in Phoenix.

It's the latest incident of gun-rights advocates visibly displaying firearms near the president.

Phoenix police say the people with guns, including a man carrying the assault rifle, didn't need permits. No crimes were committed, and no one was arrested.

The man carrying the assault rifle declined to be identified, but told The Arizona Republic that he was carrying the weapon because he could, adding that he still has some freedoms.

Last week, during Obama's town hall meeting in Portsmouth, N.H., a man stood outside with a gun strapped to his leg.

Lovely. Someone is going to get shot, the media and the gasbag pundits will be all shocked and in denial that they encouraged this behavior by interviewing the last moron who had a gun strapped to his leg, and the Republicans will shake their heads and bemoan the fact Democrats can't enforce law and order....

Keep President Obama safe.

Insane. If there's ever a shortage of bat guano, go to Arizona and look up these folks. This sh*te gets scarier every day.

The crazies are popping out of the woodwork, egged on by the likes of Limbaugh and Beck. They've been going off like corks these last few months... shooting up gyms and the Holocaust museum.

The Republicans have taken off the collars and unleashed the hounds. There's no calling them back and they're not controllable anymore.

They think it's funny townhalls have gone bonkers? That heavily armed morons are strutting their stuff openly?

Why on earth do they think these crazies are just focused on Democrats?
