She's pregnant. (If she is forced to have an abortion or goes ahead with the birth she could have a rather interesting lawsuit. Being denied the pill means she could sue the state, county, hospital system for child suppor tif she goes ahead with the pregnancy, or having to have an abortion, she could sue the state, county, hospital for the procedure and mental distress. She has not indicated that she is interested in either legal pursuit.)
But she is the recipient of horrific emails, death threats, ugly statements because of her position. If you read the hate mail, you will see it's the sex not the fetus that bothers most of the readers.
