It made me laugh, whig. Probably France, right? The beach is probably filled with topless women, the dumpy wife is probably fine with it, the sunburned husband has obviously been out admiring the view.
The young woman is clearly out to see and be seen. I'm sure she was.
You must admit that a large group of Americans are obsessed with sex. They fixate on pictures of naked people, mostly women. They fantasize bedroom scenes constantly. They think about little else.
I'm talking, of course, about the religious fundamentalists.
My first impression is that this picture is Photoshopped. But I could be wrong. The woman is no less delightful even if her image was pasted into a layer and positioned on a background. And the naked one ain't bad, neither. :)
