Mike Stark on tv about Spocko

Mike Stark and Dan Riehl joined Howard Kurtz on Reliable Sources. Mike held his own very nicely.

Update 1/23: Mike Stark discusses the transcript.

The word 'boycott' came up several times. When I first posted about Spocko, one of the labels I used was boycott. But Spocko said:
A Short Comment from Spocko to His Nineteen Readers: I'm having problems getting the updated list out to everyone who asked. And remind them that the ADVERTISERS are our FRIENDS. BE polite. This is NOT a boycott. They just need to hear and choose. They can choose to stay.

Update 1/22: TBogg has a hilarious response.

1) I believe Mike Stark showed himself to the American public as an idiot and brought credence to the admonition, "Don't believe anything you read on the internet." This is especially in light of the own offensive material he had aired on television with his antics in campaigning for Ted Lamont.

2) Bringing about awareness of a matter is one letter or a telephone call, if one really believes the advertisor doesn't know what is stated. It is not organizing a group of individuals to do it and to post repeatedly on the internet, calling for individuals to do it.

That, my friend, is called a "boycott" and a "smear tactic."

The American public is not as "dumb" as you try to portray them with his flimsy excuse.
