A soldier turns to the camera and says: These men were looting, so we crush their car. They then run the tank over the car two or three times. The horn of the car goes off briefly as the tank drives over it.
The end is the commentator quoting the owner of the car. The Iraqi said that he was a taxi driver and that (squished flat piece of metal) car was his livelihood.
