Look back on some of his photos with the 'common folk'. He puts his hand at their neck which controls their movements completely. He's even hooked his arm over their neck which makes them immobile.
Wonder if he learned that trick because otherwise people would flinch and retreat...
I think the athletes would have shaken hands with Godzilla too, it's all graciousness at the Olympics. They're used to connecting with moronic world leaders and opponents and all....
